This module aims to assist students in formulating a coherent submission based upon facts, general principles and legal authority in a structured, concise and persuasive manner. It will assist the student in understanding the crucial importance of preparation and the best way to undertake it. The student should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the basic skills in the presentation of cases before various courts and tribunals.
